Rules of entry
1. Eligibility
- The CIPD Middle East People Awards are open to all organisations with offices and/or operations in the Middle East and North Africa, across all industries and sectors.
- Only initiatives and programmes implemented after January 2024 will be considered.
2. Submission requirements
- Entries must be submitted through the official entry form. Incomplete submissions or entries received via email, post, or any other channel will not be accepted.
- The same project may be entered into multiple categories; however, duplicate submissions will not be accepted.
- All information submitted, including company names, campaign titles, and individual names, must be accurate. These details will appear exactly as provided if the entry is selected as a finalist or winner.
- Entrants are responsible for ensuring that their submissions do not infringe on copyright, privacy, or intellectual property rights.
3. Verification and judging
- CIPD Middle East reserves the right to verify the accuracy of information provided and may request additional details during the evaluation process.
- Judges are prohibited from nominating or assessing clients, individuals, partners, or organisations with whom they have an affiliation.
- Vendors may submit entries in partnership with their clients, provided the submission is approved by an authorised representative from both organisations.
4. Fees and payment
- Entry fees must be paid at the time of submission.
- Entries for which payment has not been received by the deadline will not be judged.
- Entry fees are non-refundable, including in cases where an entrant later chooses to withdraw.
5. Promotion
- Finalists may promote themselves as CIPD Middle East People Awards finalists or winners, where appropriate.
