You will need to register to enter the CIPD Middle East People Awards 2025. Once you have registered and completed your company profile, you will be able to access your account, submit and edit entries. (Register here.)
You can enter more than one category using the same initiative and enter multiple projects into the same category. Ensure you submit a separate entry form for each entry. Any duplicate entries will not be judged.
Please refer to each category for the specific information required for each entry. All information needs to be submitted into the text boxes provided. You may wish to have all the information ready to input into each of the text fields before submitting your entry. You can copy text over from a word document, but please ensure the document has no formatting, bullet points or pictures.
Supporting documents may be uploaded at this stage but will not be shared with the judges in the first round of judging. Please ensure all relevant information is included in the entry form to ensure you have the best chance of being shortlisted.

All entries must include:
- Written submission (Entry Form)
- Company logo
- 150-word summary
- Supporting documents – optional
We will not accept any physical materials sent for judging.
The Rules
- The CIPD Middle East People Awards are open to all organisations with offices and / or operations in the Middle East and North Africa.
- Only initiatives and programmes implemented after January 2022 will be taken into consideration.
- Only entries submitted through the official entry form will be considered. Incomplete applications and forms received by email, post or any other channel will not be eligible.
- You may enter the same project into more than one category, but duplicate entries will not be accepted.
- Ensure all details are correctly added to the awards platform. All details of the company, campaign names, individual names will be used on all materials if selected as a finalist or winner at the awards.
- CIPD Middle East reserves the right to verify the accuracy of the information provided in the entry form. Entrants may be requested to provide additional information during the process.
- The judges are strictly forbidden from nominating or judging clients, individuals, partners or organisations they are affiliated with.
- Vendors are allowed to file a nomination in partnership with their clients. We will require the nomination to be signed-off by an authorised person from both companies.
- Each entrant is responsible to ensure that, by applying to the Awards, they are not infringing any copyright laws, privacy clause or intellectual property of a third party.
- All finalists have the right to promote themselves as a CIPD Middle East People Award finalist/winners, where appropriate.
- Entry fees need to be paid for at the time of submission.
- Any entry where payment has not been received by the entry deadline day, will not be judged.
- Entries will not be refunded once entered, if later there is a decision to withdraw the entry.
