How to enter
Entering the CIPD Middle East People Awards is simple. Follow the steps below to register, complete your entry form and submit your entry online.

Create an account on our online entry portal at www.cipdawards.com and complete your profile. - Complete your entry form
Download the entry form and complete one form for each category you wish to enter. - Upload and submit
Upload your completed form(s) to your account and proceed with payment.
Additional guidance
- Once registered, you may enter more than one category or submit multiple projects within a single category.
- A separate entry form is required for each submission. Tailor your responses to ensure they align with the specific criteria of each category.
- GenAI tools may be used to enhance your entry; however, we strongly recommend relying on your own insights and experience. Judges can easily identify AI-generated submissions, and these typically do not perform as well as thoughtfully crafted entries.
- Your entry form should not include your organisation’s name or any identifying project details. All such references will be removed before the first round of judging to ensure a fair and anonymous process.
Shortlisted entrants will be notified directly and invited to participate in the second round of judging. The shortlist will also be published on the website.
