Judged by an independent panel of HR professionals and CIPD members, they will follow a two step judging process of online pre-scoring to identify the shortlist and a virtual interview with all shortlisted finalists.

Rami has earned a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems and a master's degree in Information Technology. He is certified as a Career Counselor by both NCDA and IAEVG and as a change management agent by Prosci on the ADKAR method. Rami has been involved in various initiatives throughout his career, including establishing Talent Management functions at Aramco Chemicals and Aramco Trading, as well as leading several HR digitalisation projects.
